feat: Add Issue Templates

Overview

It would be great for us to have good issue template for bug reporting or any other issues with the software and its documentation.

Should we have a single issue template or should we split it into Bug Report and Feature Request?

I think having multiple issue templates would be great!

• Bug Report
• Feature Request
