TUI/GUI?

Add a command for running a UI for the tasks?

A web based one could spin up a simple web server, but I think they'd be issues with ports and host binding.

Users of vantage will already have a terminal running, so maybe a fancy TUI would be nice. There has been buzz recently around TUI libraries, maybe this one: https://github.com/willmcgugan/textual
