Make MPI optional (packages: doMPI and Rmpi)

The integration with MPI should be optional, as it is not trivial the installation of an MPI distribution, which is required to install both doMPI and Rmpi. Furthermore, for users running the pipeline on a single machine, there's not going to be any benefit. Additionally, a guide to deploying MPI should be created.
