Team number setter tool does not indicate whether the action succeeded or failed

**Describe the bug**
Reboot and Set Team Number have no indication if they actually did anything

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Have roboRIO present in Team Number Tool
2. Disconnect roboRIO
3. Press Set Team Number
4. It doesn't tell you that it failed.
