Externalize all the i18n messages #3
Description
Use case
As a developer I want to reference all the I18N elements as semantically described properties, so that language-hardcoded literals are not present in the code.
Implementation note
Translations should be provided by github-users project as set of localized Closure Templates which might be referenced in the templates.js file.
