Setup azure testing against supported DIALS release versions #32
Description
Currently screen19 is only tested against DIALS master. If it is to properly support various DIALS releases, then we should be testing both the master and PRs against the set of supported DIALS releases.
Q. What is the set of supported DIALS releases?
