Eclipse 2018-12 compatibility?

According to Eclipse 2018-12 Release page, RCPTT 2.3.1 should be part of Eclipse 2018-12. However, when I browse the P2 repo for Eclipse 2018-12, the available version is 2.3.0.201803122317.

Which version can I use with Eclipse 2018-12?
Where can I get this version?
If there is no version compatible with Eclipse 2018-12, are there plans to make one?
If not, can you give some tips about what changes I would need to make in a fork to make it compatible with Eclipse 2018-12?

Compatibility with 2018-09 is being handled in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=538719

There are some complications with lazy trees handling, so more work is required.

Thanks for responding @basilevs. 2018-09 compatibility sounds good, but I was wondering about 2018-12. Will it follow quickly behind 2018-09?

FWIW I made some progress with 2018-12 compatibility in my fork by starting with the current 2018-09 patch. I also started looking at Java 11 compatibility but it seems like that will be more effort.
