Point to 1.0.0 Resolver build by Default. #79

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.
Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
Currently the Resolver used by default is 0.2.0 it would be nice if this could be changed to 1.0.0
