ask module data from command line

this in order to be able to make a quick exportation of a specfic record without need to create the config for all the modules.

• ask module: recieve module name
• ask dependencies: (recieve list of dependencies)

This will generate:

1. csv_template folder.
2. with csv_template__config__.py file (json already realeted),
3. the csv_templatename_model/ folder
4. the name_model/name.model.csv file
