jdtls and/or the java extension are not catching up on Zed's http proxy settings

What happened?

Have "proxy": "http://..." set up in Zed's json settings and that proxy works because setting that made the extension store and WSL work, but jdtls can never start with the message:

Language server jdtls:

from extension "Java" version 6.5.0: failed to get available versions: error sending request for url (https://download.eclipse.org/jdtls/milestones/)

Caused by:
    0: client error (Connect)
    1: operation timed out

Was asked to create this issue in Discord.

What did you expect to happen?

For network operations to use the proxy and therefore not time out.

Environment

Zed: v0.209.6 (Zed)
OS: Windows 10.0.26100
Memory: 63.2 GiB
Architecture: x86_64
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics || Intel Corporation || 32.0.101.6881

I don't know if that's relevant, but the project for which Zed tries to start up jdtls is on WSL (Zed itself in on Windows proper).

I will have a look but this is very likely a problem that needs to be fixed within Zed, the extension is just calling the http-client provided by Zed
