Parameter definitions are not saved to DB

Hello everyone.

When trying to save a model to DB, after adding something like:

`parameter(1,` 'element', 4, 'E')

I got 

`FileDatastore::sendMsg()` - not yet implemented

I am applying this to the ASDShellT3 and ShellDKGT elements. I'm unsure if the problem is related to these elements or to the functionality of the parameter function.
