Noticed that a new fiber section layer type 'rect' was introduced in the document as:
layer('rect', matTag, numFiberY, numFiberZ, areaFiber, *center, distY, distZ)
Tried it, got a ERROR unknown layer type.
Looks like its not included in the source code?
