I'm not super familiar with macOS, but I think this will require some Swift / ObjectiveC code to subscribe to system's notifications. Wouldn't it be easier to have a script (Apple script or any automation tool) that you invoke with a key shortcut that:

I thought about it as well, but it means that layout must be changed only through shortcut. |

Hi all
Do you know is there a good method to be notified on layout change on macos, aside of checking with interval for
defaults read ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist AppleSelectedInputSourcesIdeally I want to set specific layer on when changing layout and interval does not sound like a best option
