This PR contains modules for the StarkNet blockchain. It's an EVM-like blockchain but with its own 'Transfers' events. Due to the similarity of the 'Transfer' event, it's impossible to distinguish NFT or FT tokens without their respective source codes. So the Token module processes both NFTs and FTs as tokens
