This PR contains modules for Merlin chain. It is a Polygon's zkEVM technology. However, the currency is BTC

The main module is available for testing: https://3xpl.com/merlin

There are some issues:

  1. We can't use bitcoin as a currency id as there's other bitcoin with a different number of decimals (8)
  2. Is mempool supported?
  3. Should we really use the zkEVM option if we can just process blocks instead of batches?
