This PR adds support for bounce-bit L2 chain.
BounceBit is based on cosmos as Sei, but there's a tricky point with the fee - part of the fee is burnt and another part is not added to the validators balance, it's distributed somehow in the code level (without tx/call). Unfortunately couldn't find the answer neither from the community nor in the code.
Actually, the fee is calculated correctly, and there's no ERC-721/ERC-1155 transfers in the blockchain at the moment, but may be in future there will be some.
