<p>This Personal Use License <em>(“License”)</em> is a legal agreement between you
<em>(“User”)</em> and the copyright holders: Rendix Alextian, Alextian Creative Artwork, Alextian
Artwork, LotusRex, and FightingFear <em>(“Licensors”)</em>.</p>
<p>By using or downloading any vector artwork <em>(“Assets”</em>) provided under this License, you
agree to the following terms:</p>

<h2>1. Permitted Uses</h2>
<p>You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Assets for personal use only, including
but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Personal art projects</li>
<li>Educational purposes</li>
<li>Personal social media content (non-commercial)</li>
<li>Personal desktop wallpapers or print-outs (non-commercial)</li>
</ul>

<h2>2. Prohibited Uses You may not:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Use the Assets for any commercial, advertising, or promotional purpose</li>
<li>Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Assets in any form</li>
<li>Modify and claim the Assets as your own original work</li>
<li>Use the Assets in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Licensors</li>

<h2>3. Copyright Notice</h2>
<p>All vector artworks are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of: Rendix Alextian, Alextian
Creative Artwork, Alextian Artwork, LotusRex, and FightingFear. You must retain and not remove any copyright
or watermark where applicable.</p>

<h2>4. No Warranty</h2>
<p>The Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensors shall not be held liable for any
damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Assets.</p>

<h2>5. Termination</h2>
<p>This License is terminated automatically if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease
all use of the Assets and destroy all copies.</p>

<p>This Commercial Use License <em>(“License”)</em> is a binding legal agreement between the
licensee <em>(“You”)</em> and the copyright holders:</p>
<p>Rendix Alextian, Alextian Creative Artwork, Alextian Artwork, LotusRex, and FightingFear
<em>(“Licensors”)</em>.</p>
<p>By purchasing, downloading, or using any vector artwork <em>(“Assets”)</em> covered by this
License, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.</p>

<h2>1. Grant of License</h2>
<p>Upon purchase or authorized acquisition, the Licensors grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide
license to use the Assets for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Digital and printed marketing materials</li>
<li>Product packaging and merchandise</li>
<li>Business branding, logos, or promotional content</li>
<li>Social media content and advertisements</li>
<li>Commercial websites and apps</li>

<li>Use the Assets in obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material</li>
<li>Claim the original vector design as your own intellectual property</li>
<li>Transfer the license to a third party without prior written consent</li>
</ul>

<h2>4. Modifications</h2>
<p>You may modify the Assets to suit your needs (e.g., change colors, rearrange elements), provided that the
modified version is still used under the terms of this License.</p>

<p>Attribution is not required but is appreciated where possible.</p>

any damages arising from use of the Assets.</p>

<p>Proof of purchase (receipt or license key) must be retained and provided upon request to confirm your legal
usage.</p>

<p>This license includes all benefits of the Commercial Use License and additionally allows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Use in client projects</li>
<li>Distribution in physical products (T-shirts, merchandise, packaging, etc.) exceeding 5,000 units</li>
<li>Use in digital products (games, apps, themes) with wide distribution</li>
<li>Use in templates or mockups for sale (if not directly extractable)</li>
</ul>
<h4>You may not:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Resell or sublicense the Assets "as-is"</li>
<li>Claim the original artwork as your own</li>
</ul>

<p>For licensing involving 100,000+ copies, mass software bundling, or enterprise rights, a custom enterprise
license is required.</p>
