켜야하는 열의 수를 파악하고 램프를 키면 되는데
K - 켜야 하는 열의 수가 홀수면 스위치를 누르지 않아도 되는 열도 건드리게 되어서 이 조건은 걸러야함이거 때문에 오래 걸림,,
