시작점을 기준으로 다음층과 가까운 곳에서 시작해서 반대까지 쓱 쓸고 끝날 때까지 반복

어디서 틀렸는지 죽어도 모르겠다. DP문제지만 그리디밖에 생각안나는데 그리디가 어디서 틀렸는지도 모르겠네
