N개의 배열을 M개 이하의 연속된 구간으로 나누되, 각 구간의 점수 중 최댓값을 최소화하는 문제
🔍 풀이 방법
파라메트릭서치, 특정 값 X 이하로 M개 이하 구간 만들 수 있는지 확인
구간을 최대한 길게 만들면서 점수가 X를 넘으면 새 구간 시작, 구간 최대한 길게 만드는게 좋음
