🔍 풀이 방법
dp사용
한 도시에서 최대 100명의 고객까지만 늘어날 수 있어서 dp[C] ~ dp[C+99]까지 중에서 최솟값 찾으면 됨

dp 배열이 C+100크기인거를 알려면 문제를 꼼꼼히 읽어야겠다.
