✏️ 문제 설명
창영이는 4와 7로 이루어진 수를 좋아한다. 창영이가 좋아하는 수 중에 K번째 작은 수를 구해 출력하는 프로그램을 작성하시오.
🔍 풀이 방법
비트마스킹을 응용한 문제이다. i번째 자리에 4가 들어오면 1 << (i-1), 7이 들어오면 1 << i 임을 생각하고 풀면 된다.

조금 더 난이도 있는 문제를 풀고 싶은데, 시간이... 없다..
