기존 RGB에서 마지막에 1번집과 N번집을 비교하는 문제, 그래서 최소 cost 얼만데?

집을 하나하나 강제해서 DP를 3번 돌림

너무 한번에 풀려고 하는 것보다 3번같이 적은 양은 for문보다 직접 때려박는게 더 구현이 빠르다.
