N명의 학생들은 제마다 최대 M개의 블록을 가질 수 있음.
각자의 학생들이 블록을 쌓을 거임. 안 쌓을 수도 있음.
이때 정확히 H를 쌓는 경우의 수를 구하자.
🔍 풀이 방법

그냥 N명의 학생에 대해서 H 높이만큼 각 학생들의 블록을 다 고려하면 된다.
