모든 사람이 모든 일에 대한 비용이 정의되어있다.
모든 일을 할때 최소비용을 구하라.
🔍 풀이 방법
비트필드를 이용한 dp
모든 사람에 대해서 각각 특정 일을 한 상태에 대한 dp를 정의
특정 상태에서 일이 완료되어있으면 일을 완료하기 전 상태값에 현재 사람이 일을 할때의 비용을 더한것과 기존의 것을 비교
