- need to support etherscan-v2 api as v1 api shut down completely
- upgraded usage for all supported chains: https://docs.etherscan.io/etherscan-v2/supported-chains)
- fallback for chains not supporting v2 api which are: plasma, Mode, Fantom and Gnosis chain
