Work done

  • 43a8dcf added json header for browser support, fixed some wallet actions
  • bbdf29e applied several automated fixes from PHP code inspections (PhpStorm)
  • 4711e6d the order of includes now matters, config before functions
  • d072df5 update phpdoc, fixed unreachable statements
  • 51d59e5 did some minor tweaking to the code to prevent more errors
  • 53e7b23 added a solution to fall back to NULL when array key doesn't exists
  • ad6a01d formatted project according to PSR-2 to make a bit more readable
