feat: add non-DDLC Plus content

Before you start 🎇 or being 😮 , this is NOT me backporting the mobile version of DDLC to the template. None of the side story content, will be here and I am being rather careful as to picking what seems "worth" bringing to the template from the mobile version of the game as, to be frank, the code in the template is more in-depth for some features that DDLC Mobile still uses.

Stuff that has been brought:

• Content Warnings*

* - Assets from the mobile app are not included. May be substituted with something else from my end.

• Skip Store State
• DDLC Mobile Settings and accessibility features.

Stuff that has been removed from the template due to Mobile changes:

• Uncensored Mode

Just use persistent.enable_content_warnings if you really need to hide things or not and use the warning screen if you don't plan to alter the story after the content warning screen.

This PR is a WIP and a bit volatile.
