feat:added the token data of polygon and homestead

Hi, I have

1. Created token data of polygon and homestead chains in files src/chains/polygon.ts and src/chains/homestead.ts.
2. Created index.d.ts to store all the types.
3. Executed the linter to format the data
   Renamed the test file to token.test.ts and wrote the test for getting token data using chain name and id.

this is my first time learning about blockchain. So I am not sure the data I have written is right.
