some commented out stuff you can ignore, main changes are adding flush properly, jalr is I-type not j-type, then just a couple typos. Also worth noting that you should avoid/be careful having a jump instruction as the first instruction when testing because the flush won't be initialized yet and the simulator doesn't seem to like initializing the reg values to get around this
