bro i don't even know what i did in this PR at this point. There's definitely stuff that's still missing but just lemme know a list of stuff that doesn't work and i'll fix. sorry!
Fixed the workshop thing in course details:
Removed a bunch of stuff from the course model and hopefully fingers crossed cleaned up the stuff that's dependent on it.
Added the stuff for the catalog sorting but none of those apply right now
