Tier Module

The Tier module takes the current weight of a song and uses a tier system to determine a multiplier for the song. This Tier system is used to favor songs with full data over songs with missing data such as song name, artist and genre.

The tiers are as follows in default order of importance (S=song name, A=artist, G=genre):

1. SAG
2. SA
3. AG
4. SG
5. S
6. A
7. G
