Fixed a couple 1.2 bugs, upped version to force users to update and minimizing client crashing.

Changed keyboard to process key on touch (instead of release) for more reliable response. And also added key repeating when holding a key.

This is a quick release with only adding mic (VoIP) support. This needs to be tested with a lot of people, it's probably buggy and could cause client (or even server) crashes.

Not sure how to get the 3dsx version to support mic, it needs a special target in descriptor.xml I think. Either way, you can hear players, but you probably cannot speak.

Of course, CIA works fine.
