Added support for symfony/yaml v8 by widening the requirement in composer.json, and updated the CI matrix to cover v8 while explicitly excluding the PHP versions it doesn’t support (all 7.x plus 8.0/8.1/8.3), keeping the workflow aligned with Symfony’s compatibility.
