missed a line in the migration of code from my alpha repository
Edited to make COMMODITY_CSV the default option unless there is a suitable mkt_export_type in the configuration.

Ran EDMC for a many sessions as locally installed PY copy of 6.0.0-b2 develop branch as interpreted .py
Notes
Extends the Market Export to different, standard delimited file formats.
CSV, PIPE, TAB, SEMICOLON. Added 'CSV_NEW' for any legacy users of the older CSV format.
