We would have already mentioned the duplicated headings of #805, if anyone on the team or at least a github workflow have had run
npm run lint:md:docsbefore, because this (already included tool) is recognizing such kind of problems.Description of the Change
This PR introduces a new, more general workflow, that checks non-critical aspects of the code base, as soon as changes occur to such files.
