Do we have plans to do something like the "LINK TO MINIMAL REPRODUCIBLE EXAMPLES" step? I left it for now jic.

Created template for CONTRIBUTING guidelines but much of the content needs to be updated. Some we won't be able to update until we know how the package will be installed.
