There should not be any mention of artifactory and related things in public samples. Consider being in Walmart developer 
shoes, would they have access to artifactory? You need to make sure the WatsonNLP should have the models included in 
the WatsonStudio env that the customer is using. If they are not there, the only option is upgrade of the env to get
the models. We should not get into mentioning how to get models and all - that could lead to legal issues.

I'll take the existing notebook and try to modify accordingly.
