Reads the website https://forecast.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KVNY.html (van nuys airport weather) and displays a thermometer, hygrometer, barometer, and wind gauge. Updates every 20 minutes. Also shows national weather map, and a local forecast page.

Compilation requires installation of SkiaSharpView.2.0.0-rc5.4 for pie-chart support.
