I moved out the unix-like installation script to its own file and added handling for translating os and architecture names, as well as moved the installation location to the runner tool cache since macOS was complaining.
I also added a windows Powershell script that handles Windows installations.
And tests for the newly supported systems: Ubuntu ARM, macOS, and Windows.
