Gh 826: zero-hop as default neighborhood-mode

Note

Switches the default neighborhood-mode from standard to zero-hop and updates related tests and expectations.

• Behavior change:
  • SetupReporter::NeighborhoodMode computed default now "zero-hop" (was "standard").
• Tests:
  • Update unit tests in node/src/daemon/setup_reporter.rs to expect "zero-hop" as default.
  • Adjust integration test masq/tests/startup_shutdown_tests_integration.rs output checks to neighborhood-mode zero-hop.
  • Update expected setup cluster entries from "standard" to "zero-hop" where applicable.
