Using the flavor "#xslt" in every URI avoids having the xsl file duplicate in both xsl/ and xslt/ folder, but it means every application has to fix and migrate its URIs. XEditor definitions are often overwritten in customized applications. A more ideal solution would be a fallback mechanism for xslt file lookup. First, look in xsl/, if not found there look in xslt/.
However, I approve this.
