The example shows a sensitive patient, and is in line with the PDS examples using the meta.security tag (https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/api-catalogue/personal-demographics-service-fhir#get-/Patient). It doesn't show location sensitive field (such as address, telecom, contact and generalPractitioner) - so that's good
Not sure why you've put a version for the NHSNumberVerificationStatusEngland? plus, its at version 1.1.1 in the core - so having "version": "2.2.0" might be a bit confusing.
The "link" element is an interesting choice as well? (but not wrong)
