git rebase -i --autosquash origin/master please |

seems to depend on TheBB/hydraulic_fracture in IFEM-PoroElasticity |
Added: Linkage to poro-elasticity module. Changed: Updated README.md to reflect the dependency on PoroElasticity.
and have a (pointer to a) FractureElasticity object as member. Changed: Let the parent class of SIMDynElasticity be a template argument. Added: Constructor for mixed problems.
…asticity without the phase-field coupling, but still with the strain energy split
… point, and the broken permeability tensor based on phase field and deformation state
Fixed: Removed extraction of element velocity and accelereation in PoroFracture::initElement, it is done by the parent class method.
and new command-line options -explcrack to activate it

jenkins build this please |

Note, regarding mixed, the only thing which I know doesn't work is the displacement extraction in PoroFractureElasticityVoigt. |

@kmokstad er dette kanskje et bra tidspunkt for å merge den her (konflikt-minimering and all that jazz). |

Har oppdatert det opprinnelige branchen i #4 med den siste committen her, bare noe omskrevet. Tok ikke med xinp-endringen enda, da denne bør tilpasses til en reg-test når ting har landa. |
|
Closing this one, since everything here is included in #4 which now has been rebased. |
Supersedes #4
