A test is failing with a XSD error and I still haven't tested the 2 special routes with a _ in them (the url of one will need tweaking) or the downloads |

This removes the favicon app and does not replace it with anything. However, this is broken on the live site anyway so no features are lost.

Ready for review! I put it on dev server. I checked downloads work by downloading from real and laptop and diffing. |
