❌ For now I can't reproduce the fix on docker.
@Stef-Rousset will do a double check ☑️ ... We will see If we maybe need to test only after a deployment :/

🎩 Description
This PR intends to fix the different filters on proposals index page, by bumping anonymous_proposals branch bump/0.29 to its latest commit.
As the problem of the filters has been spotted in production, it will be needed to deploy this PR to see if it handles correctly the filter's problem.
Testing
You can check in local env that filters on proposals index page are working well (cf screenshot)
