Currently the SSHClient can only copy individual files to and from the server. An option to copy directories implemented in the library would simplify its use in applications, avoiding separate implementations of recursive routines. This is related to issue #86, "Slurm provider will not create directories recursively".
Two new methods are added to SSHClient, push_directory and pull_directory.
