Adds parsing for 'for each minion in your presence' (Skills: Pack Encouragement, Licking Wounds), using a config value to specify the number of minions in your presence
Adds 'life and mana regeneration rate' modifier name, to prevent Licking Wounds from incorrectly adding to max life instead
