Add point picker for consumed/actual points

This adds support for editing consumed/actual points in [square brackets] the same way as regular points.

@BDQ we underwent a pretty massive rewrite so we can't automatically merge it, but it does look well-written & shouldn't be too hard to merge manually at some point.

Interestingly, we just added Settings last night which let users define the sequence of picker buttons... so we inadvertently complicated things a little, but it's still very do-able.
