Update undergraduate list: move students to alumni except Noah Ozguner

This PR updates the People Page to reflect current undergraduate student status by moving four students from the "Undergraduate Students" section to the "Undergraduate Alumni" section, keeping only Noah Ozguner as an active undergraduate.

Changes Made

• Undergraduate Students section: Now contains only Noah Ozguner
• Undergraduate Alumni section: Added Madeline Baird, Genevieve Buchanan, Noah Krebs, and Henry Berg

Technical Details

• Modified people.qmd with minimal, surgical changes
• Preserved all existing formatting and styling
• Maintained Henry Berg's original notebook link: https://henryberg03.github.io/notebook/
• Verified site builds correctly with Quarto
• Updated generated HTML files to reflect the changes
